Integrating Faith and Scholarship

We commit to cultivating spiritual growth, promoting ethical leadership, encouraging respectful dialogue across differences, and advancing the common good through collaborative service, mentorship, and witness.

Our mission is to encourage faculty and staff to explore the relevance of Jesus Christ to the academy and to their lives and to extend His love and grace to those within it, regardless of their beliefs or backgrounds. We seek to follow the way of Jesus, revealing His will on earth by bringing love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, mercy, grace, truth, and hope into the world, especially in the academic context.

We think Jesus provides satisfying answers to life's most difficult questions. We invite you to ask us about how we came to believe so. The Network of Christian Faculty and Staff is open to all who are curious, seeking, or want to connect with fellow believers in the academic community at Texas Tech University.
